Cancellation and refunds

Cancel whenever you like, from the billing page, in a couple of clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.

Every account starts with a 14 day free trial. We do not ask for a card to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you do nothing, the trial simply stops.

• Go to Plan and billing and open the billing portal.
• Cancel there. It takes effect at the end of your current billing month.
• You keep full access until that date. You are not charged again.
• Websites already published to your own hosting stay published — they are on your account, not ours.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Because cancelling always leaves you with the access you have already paid for, we do not generally refund part-months.

We will refund you in full where:

• you were charged after cancelling;
• you were charged more than once for the same month; or
• a fault on our side meant the service was substantially unusable for that month and we could not put it right.

Ask by emailing [A WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS] from the address on the account. We aim to reply within two working days, and approved refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

You can move up or down at any time from the billing page. Moving up takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Advertising budgets are not paid to us. Campaigns run in your own advertising account on your own payment method, and that platform bills you directly. We cannot refund advertising spend, and cancelling Lumvi does not stop a campaign running in your own account — stop it there as well.

If we suspend or close an account for breaking our terms of service, no refund is due. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the month.
